Service Only - The foundation
D8a Communication Technologies was originally born as a "service only" organization in 2003 with a focus on offering Avaya Business Partners a full range of services. We were dedicated to helping these companies provide their end user customers the technical knowledge and service they had not previously been able to offer, on their own, in a cost effective and timely manner. By providing Avaya telephones and systems, fiber cabling, and CAT6 cabling we have grown our portfolio of products.
We understand companies can purchase their telecom/data equipment and services from anyone. However, we feel we have a distinct advantage in that we truly understand how to successfully deliver the accompanying services, which our business was founded on...something that most product sales driven companies simply cannot do.
